My Website Care Plans are for websites built on WordPress.
New clients whose websites I did not design need a Website Audit. The audit will include a report of improvements required before you can sign up for a Website Care Plan.
The software I use will make you look and feel like a pro. All my plans include the licensed use of the themes and plugins I use to build better websites. This software provides:

– improved usability of the WordPress admin area,
– professional, advanced form building that integrates with popular apps.
Website software is ever evolving with new technology and trends. I keep your website's theme and plugins up to date with the latest versions. I also ensure everything is operating as it should.
I set up the proper firewalls and other security precautions to make sure your website is secure. I have a protocol in place if or when malware threatens your site.
I back up all your website files daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on the plan you're on. Should anything go wrong with your site, we can revert to a previous version.
I optimize and scan your website for performance and speed boosts. I'll make recommendations on further improvements as needed.
I scan your websites links and make sure they're all linking to the right place. I'll also fix or remove any broken links.
Your Website Care Report will include SEO tracking on up to 20 Keywords of your choosing.
Each month you'll receive a report of the maintenance work I've done on your website.
Dedicated Support Time is for maintenance tasks as outlined in your plan. You can also use your Support Time for:
– small website changes,
– creating new content,
– sending newsletters,
– posting on social media,
– any other design, consulting, or training.
On month-to-month plans your Support Time does not roll over to the next month. You cannot deduct extra support time used in one month from the next month.
On yearly plans you can use your Support Time can anytime throughout the year.
I track Support Time for all tasks, including maintenance, communications, and meetings. I send you a report of tracked time every month on your billing day. I’ll let you know when you’re within the last 30-minutes to 1-hour of your available Support Time.
I bill for overage at my standard rate of $87 per hour. You can supplement your Support Time with a Time Block or a Retainer.
A scheduled monthly call to review your plan and consult on your goals for the next month.
I can provide you with worry-free shared website hosting. My host is reliable, fast, and secure with high uptimes and free SSL, email, and CDN. I'll take care of all aspects of your hosting for you. Should any issues arise, I'll be the one to communicate with tech support. For the greatest website optimisation I recommend adding hosting to your plan.
You’ll pay for your Website Care Plan in advance. Subscriptions run month-to-month or year-to-year. There are no refunds. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan before your next billing cycle.
