Because of COVID-19 there will be a delay in the time it takes you to receive your order.
I ship all orders with Canada Post. For most of my items this works well for those in Canada and the United States. Items in stock will ship within 1-3 business days. If applicable, my shop system will email you a tracking number after your order has shipped.
If you're local consider selecting the local pick-up option. For those near me I may even be able to arrange delivery for a small fee. Contact me with questions.
Everything ships worldwide from Toronto, Canada. You're responsible for any import duties and taxes.
For countries where the local postal service is unreliable, I can arrange shipment via UPS, FedEx, or courier. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Outrageous Shipping Costs
Sometimes the Canada Post shipping price overseas is crazy. Please don't let that discourage you! Contact me at email@example.com and I'll see what arrangements I can make to reduce the cost of shipping.
All sales are final, unless there is a defect or flaw. If your order arrives damaged I will do everything I can to fix the situation.
Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 consecutive days of receiving your damaged or problem order so that I can help.
I will only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if I shipped you the wrong item.
